Still not eating enough

Nutrition log 20/11/2015–plus notes on last couple of days and tren.

Yesterday and today a disaster – didn't get to train , tons of girly feelings , must have loads of oestrogen knocking around since i stopped taking tren a few days before.  Today sleeping and crying hardly eat anything, yes crying – i know.

Worst day ever….. but i recovered its now 19:00 – ive just pinned 800mg of tren mix of tri,bi,A,E with a base of mast 400(1ml) and im back to feeling manly , calm in control – cant make up for what i haven't eaten but can train to night and can bang down a high protein shake. – on top of that normal orals  plus some halo and sd-pro plus 1500mg caffeine some of which is the ECA stack. – after this ill be able to catch up on work train in the early hours and hopefully be back to productive male me in the morning.

FUCK… is all i can say, i took a risk i dumped the tren i figured halo and sd-pro as there known to be aggressive and mad multipliers would make up for it and it didn't , my mistake its on me, now I've fixed it and i know when i come of tren – well basically i cant i need to keep a level of it in my system even when i cruise im going to need to keep some and still expect to get hit by all this again but hopefully be better prepared.

After some FB posts to groups it was confirmed it was fake – i managed to get a refund and the seller did the right thing and i cancelled my other order with him also. Today my joints feel on fire and ache so assuming it was Winny which i definitely would not of intentionally have taken.

For the first 3 months I was doing this I was running 2 grams test and Tomoxifen and Amadex as E2 blockers, with tren at 1 gram- why? well partly because I got mixed advise but also because I  was trying to repair the damage I had done as a trans female injecting Estradiol Valerate 10mg per day and Androcure 100mg per day.

I then took advice from a far more experienced body builder who is a chemist , he explained for my goals Strength and Masculinity my cycle was not right at all.

So now my cycle will look like this -

Final notes

This has been a real learning experience for me and using Social media as a learning platform big mistakes – lot of bro science, most of it tell you the other guys views are wrong. I eventually learned enough , from Youtube, social and books like break the code to start thinking for myself and asking more focused questions of people this was 3 months in – I also took a lot of abuse from people who openly hated the fact I was somehow cheapening what they did by using gear while I had over 30% body fat, however if you read the actual science that's one of the best time to use a lot of these compounds. Estragon a constant issue – I constantly want to wear a bra to the gym , the chest pain is not insignificant , but I have dropped a cup size and hold out hope on dropping to say to a  A cup, progesterone another issue as is prolactin, my body is convinced I've given birth and breast milk has started this is less of a health concern and more of a problem to manage. I have done this without psychological counselling or help of any kind – that in hind sight was a mistake , as it has been like walking through hell the last 5 months so many conflicting feelings and emotions – but I was determined to hang tough and push through this , I'm not there yet but I think I've concurred many barriers.

Disappointed as always the lack of free weights this gym has, and in the 3 hours i was there neither the benches or the Smith came free, that aside – The session was one of my best yet and i definitely felt the difference the pre-workout mix made i felt more aggressive and motivated after 2 hours i had run out of time but in truth could of continued to do more.  The final total volume was about 10k above my workouts up to that date.
